Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to describe the concept of insurance in general terms and to introduce important issues related to implementation. The importance of insurance awareness in foreign trade transactions, transfer of risks, the scope of the coverage, insurance operations, types, parties, reinsurance concept, types of reinsurance, participation in damage and the importance of the role of these issues in international trade practices and other important issues related to insurance constitute are the main subjects of the course. .
Course Content: Definition of risk; definition of insurance; understand the risk in business life; understand the importance of insurance; types of insurance in business life; types of insurance in international trade; analysis of risks; development of efficient business models; selecting the most appropriate type of insurance for businesses; compulsory insurance; government supports in international trade insurances.
