Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The role of liquid and hazardous materials transportation in logistics, the potential of liquid and hazardous materials to affect human health and environment, using and handling of liquid and hazardous materials, storing and transporting of liquid and hazardous materials regulations for liquid and hazardous materials transportation, preventing accidents and reducing the risk of liquid and hazardous materials transportation, requirements for companies to transport liquid and hazardous materials, exposure to the liquid and hazardous materials during transportation, minimize liability and protect employees, community, and the environment during transportation.
Course Content: • Define liquid and hazardous materials and classify them according to their chemical structure.
• Define the suitable documents accourding to liquid and hazardous materials classes
• Understand the packaging and signing process of liquid and hazardous materials.
• Learn the possible things about handling liquid and hazardous materials in an emergency situations.
• Have knowledge about the aside methods of liquid and hazardous materials.
