Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to make students informed about the techniques of preparing, filing, archiving judicial writings and use them in practice.
Course Content: Basic communication skills, importance of written communication and correspondence and principles
• Rules of official correspondence in public institutions
• Forensic correspondence types
• Filing of documents
• Archiving operations
• UYAP (National Judicial Network Information System)
