Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to make students informed about the main subjects and principles of civil law and the logic of the civil law; to give them the ability to solve the problems about to civil law.
Course Content: • The concept of real rights which is the subject of property law
• The concept of possession and the nature of possession
• Concept and elements of land registry
• Property concept, content, subject and types
• The concept and types of pledge rights
• Fundamental concepts and principles of inheritance law
• Acquisition of heritage
• The concept of inheritance and the division of the heritage
