Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to make students informed about working fields of attorneyship law and notariate law, conditions for accepting into profession, contributions of these fields to civil and criminal jurisdiction and make them prepared about assistance of attorneys and notaries in practice.
Course Content: • Basic information about the profession of law
• Basic information about the notary profession
• Attorneyship-Approach to Notary Law
• Comparative analysis of law and notary professions
• Attorneyship and notary public's analysis as a public service
