Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to teach students; the structure of DNA, the structure of RNA, DNA and RNA Isolation Methods, Polymerase Chain Reaction and Strips, Electrophoresis and Thrips, Blotloma Techniques, Introduction to Cell Culture, Proteomics, Transcryptomics.
