Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To have the necessary knowledge and skills to apply the basic principles and techniques of management to the management of nursing services in order to perform nursing services effectively and efficiently.
Course Content: Hemşirelik hizmetlerinde temel kavramlar, etkin hemşirelik hizmetleri yönetiminin esasları, hemşirelikte liderlik, sağlık meslekleri, sağlık ekibi ve rol yapıları, yönetime yardımcı teknikleri, personel yönetimi, hizmet içi eğitim, sağlık hizmetlerinde toplam kalitenin yönetimi, sağlık ve hemşirelikle ilgili yasal ve etik düzenlemeler, sağlık hizmetlerinin denetimini ve değerlendirilmesi.
