Course Objectives: To gain knowledge and skills about data, information, documents, medical documents and documentation, patient record, patient file, importance, usage area, content, patient file archives, importance of archives, architectural structure and properties
Course Content: Definition and importance of archive Oral and visual expression,
The place and importance of the archive of patient files
Organizing the Patient Files Archive Functions of the Departments
Functional Relations of the Archive of Patient Files with Other Units
Sample of Medical Archive in State Hospitals and University Hospitals.
