Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to teach the students the principles of development in infancy and pre-school period, basic concepts, factors affecting development, development theories, motor, cognitive, language, social, emotional and self-care development characteristics.
Course Content: Contents of the Course Unit Principles of development in infancy and pre-school period, basic development concepts, factors affecting development, children's motor, cognitive, language, social, emotional and self-care development features, follow-up development, use of tools to measure development are discussed.
