Course Objectives: Principles, procedures and rules of criminal execution law in view of which res judicator’s are enforced and prisons will be taught.
Course Content: Penalties Execution
Death Penalty Execution
Execution of Short Term Freedom Binding Fines.
Execution of the Fines of the Independence Binding.
Execution of Fines.
Postponement of Penalties.
Conditional discharge.
Types of prisons and detention houses.
Admission to prisons and detention centers.
Permissions granted to prisoners.
Evacuation of prisoners.
