Course Objectives: • Mühendislik ve İnşaat Mühendisliği kavramlarını açıklayabilmeli
• İnşaat Mühendisliğinin tarihçesini bilmeli
• Bina yapılarının tasarımı hakkında genel bilgi sahibi olmalı
• Meslek etiği ve mühendislik yeminini uygulamaları hakkında bilgi sahibi olmalı
Course Content: This course covers the presentation of the department of Construction Technology, presentation and content of courses, the concept and types of structural systems in buildings, examples of the structure with different structural systems, the mechanical effects affecting structures, structural components, bearings, types of the load and the effects, bars settings in the steel reinforced concrete, summary of all work areas of construction technician, major professional engineering practice in Turkey and other countries, abstract information about architectural, structural, concrete and the installation projects.
