| Course Objectives: | In this course, project management process and methods are introduced. Lesson; project life cycle, project selection, project organization, project time planning, project cost and time / cost analysis, resource allocation, project control, project supervision and project termination. The aim of this course is to develop the ability of participants to use these topics. |
