Composites and shaping processes for polymer matrix composites. Wood, solid wood, wood drying, wood preservation. Engineered woods; glued-laminated timbers, plywood, particleborad, fiberboard, wood fiber-polymer composites,..Wood machining, bending of wood, woodworking joints . Paper- cardboad, leather, textiles. Surface processing operations and coatings. Joining methods, welding processes. Brazing-soldering, adhesive bonding. Mechanical fastening methods.
