Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: At the end of this course the student will be able to:
• Be able to form equilibrium equations of the system in equilibrium
• Be able to calculate suppot reactions forces for statically determinate system and indeterminate systems
• Be able to design load carrying elements economically and suitable for its purpose
Course Content: This course designed to give information about structural systems and structural behaviors; to be able to calculate the internal forces and structural displacements. To present the theory and applications for analysis and design of load carrying systems of civil engineering structures in detail.
