Course Objectives: |
This course provides basic information about the financial law of the European Union. In this context, the concept of the European internal market, which is defined as the “core ”of the European integration process and as an area where goods, persons, services and capital move freely (four freedoms), without internal borders, is given emphasis. |
Course Content: |
In this context, first of all, the necessary infrastructure for the internal Sunday issue is created by giving general information about European integration and the European Union. Following this, the European internal market, the provisions of the founding treaty, the savings of the institutions of the Union and, in particular, the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, taking into account the interplay between each individual free movement, it is being examined separately. |
