Course Objectives: | Definitions of environmental conditions related to global, worldwide, local conditions. The source of mobility and quality. |
Course Content: | Types of transport and transport. Road construction, maintenance and environmental effects. Manufacture of motor vehicles and their parts. Disposal of old vehicles and vehicle parts. Railway construction, maintenance and environmental impacts. Air transport and its environmental effects. Construction and repair of maritime structures. Alternative energy sources. Transport-induced climate change. Noise from vehicles. Sustainable transportation. |
