Course Objectives: | Explaining the management and organizational structure to students and teaching managerial functions in public and private hospitals and diagnostic centers. |
Course Content: | Definition and functions of management, definition and types of managers, Plans and plan definition, organization definition, organization and organization chart in hospitals, Principles regarding the establishment of diagnosis centers and the employment of personnel, Hierarchy and communication, Material management, Quality assurance processes, Calibration and quality controls, Job descriptions, division of labor, duties of the manager in hospital diagnostic centers, Preparation of work lists, performance monitoring, Purchasing processes and purchase request preparation, Keeping minutes. |
