| Course Objectives: | This course is given in Turkish |
| Course Content: | The aim of this course is to inform the students about the basic concepts of Geographical Information Systems GIS), reasons to use GIS, appication areas, differences with non-spatial information systems, data types and models, database concept, SQL commands and functions, concepts of spatial queries and analysis. |
