Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Getting to know the basic theories of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), learning its basic principles (formulation scheme and Beckian model, therapeutic relationship, collaboration, goal setting, 'here and now' focused information gathering, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, session structuring, determination of thoughts, evaluation and modification of CBT), learning cognitive techniques of CBT, learning behavioral techniques of CBT, general evaluation of depression disorders from CBT perspective, general evaluation of anxiety disorders from CBT perspective
Course Content: To know the basic theories of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to learn the basic principles, Cognitive Analysis and Formulation.
It is aimed to convey the principles of case analysis, client identification and formulation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

1. Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi Dünü ve Bugünü ve Temel İlkeleri 6 saat.
Bilişsel davranışçı terapilerin tarihsel gelişimi, araştırma, değerlendirme yöntemleri ve teknikleri hakkında bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
2. Bilişsel Analiz ve Formülasyon 6 saat.
Bilişsel Davranışçı terapinin vaka analizi, danışanı tanımlaması ve formüle etme ilkelerinin aktarılması amaçlanmaktadır.
3. Görüşme teknikleri 6 saat
Bilişsel Davranışçı terapide görüşme teknikleri konusunda bilgi sahibi olunması amaçlanmaktadır.
4. Depresyonun Bilişsel Davranışçı Değerlendirme ve tedavisi 6 saat
Depresyonun bilişsel davranışçı modelinin tanınması, depresyon vakasının BDT bakış açısıyla formüle edilmesi ve temel tedavi tekniklerinin öğretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
5. Anksiyete Bozukluklarının Bilişsel Davranışçı Değerlendirme ve tedavisi 6 saat
Anksiyete bozukluklarının bilişsel davranışçı modelinin tanınması, depresyon vakasının BDT bakış açısıyla formüle edilmesi ve temel tedavi tekniklerinin öğretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
6. Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluğun Bilişsel Davranışçı Değerlendirme ve tedavisi 6 saat
Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluğun bilişsel davranışçı modelinin tanınması, depresyon vakasının BDT bakış açısıyla formüle edilmesi ve temel tedavi tekniklerinin öğretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
7. Sosyal Anksiyete Bozukluğunun Bilişsel Davranışçı Değerlendirme ve tedavisi 6 saat
