Course Objectives: Reinforcing the Basic Principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Formulation Chart and Beckian Model, Therapeutic Relationship, Collaboration, Goal Setting, 'Here and Now' Focused Information Gathering, Psychoeducation, Relapse Prevention, Session Structuring, Identification, Evaluation and Modification of Thoughts) , Learning Cognitive and Behavioral Techniques, CBT Model in the Treatment of Depression Disorders, CBT Model in the Treatment of Anxiety Disorders (Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia and Generalized Anxiety Disorders), CBT Model in the Treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD), Social Phobia, Social Anxiety Disorder and Performance Anxiety
Course Content: Reinforce the Basic Principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and learn the Models in detail
