Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives:
Pilates is an exercise system developed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve the overall health of the body. The Pilates system contains exercises suitable for different activities to work every part of the body.
Course Content: • Pilates, increasing the oxygen capacity of the lungs by teaching how to breathe correctly and helping to eliminate various ailments caused by wrong breathing.
• Since no muscle groups in the body are neglected, to improve the asymmetries in the body by developing the whole body equally.
• Since it is a sports branch with body, mind and soul integrity, strengthening the body-mind relationship by increasing awareness and concentration.
• To gain the skill of applying Pilates Matwork exercises at a basic level.
