Course Objectives: | It is the detailed examination of point measurement methods performed automatically by software in photogrammetry and the understanding of mathematical models. |
Course Content: | Advantages of digital photogrammetry over analog and analytical photogrammetry and system components, concept of resolution in digital images, statistical representation of digital images, concepts of orientation and photogrammetric triangulation, what is digital image matching, what are its methods, examination of cross-correlation and least squares methods, DEM concepts and methods. |
