Course Objectives: Sociology of art explores the sociological sources of art. In the context of this course, it will be focused on how artists are affected by social and political events and how they try to influence the society and the political
Course Content: The sociological and political dimension of art, how artists are fed through sociological events, how artists construct their art as a critical tool against social and political events.
