Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This aim is to introduce leadership practices in nursing. Throughout the semester, students are given the opportunity to identify individual leadership styles, understand how leadership styles work in practice, and discover how to create a difference with effective leadership.
Course Content: Definition of leadership, leadership theories, leadership styles and individual leadership development, examples of leadership in nursing in our country and in the world, vision creation, strength and empowerment, influence of nurse leadership on health policies.
