Course Objectives: | As a member of the team during the surgery period of the surgical patient, to gain knowledge, skills and behaviors that can provide qualified care in line with the nursing process. |
Course Content: | Basic concepts in operating room nursing, duties, roles and responsibilities of the operating room nurse, security measures in the operating room, nursing care in the operating room, anesthesia practices and nurse's responsibilities, asepsis, sterilization, surgical instruments |
