Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is general notions of criminal law, including the common categories of crime, will be explained. Consequently students who successfully complete this course will be able to determine which behaviours match which type of crime
Course Content: Concept of Criminal Law, Purpose of Criminal and Security Measures, Fundamental Principles of Criminal Policy, Sources of Criminal Law and Reform of Turkish Criminal Law, Assurance Function of Criminal Law, The Teachings of Crime, Structural Elements of Crime, Material Elements, Structural Elements of Crime Causes of Compliance, Reasons for Compliance with Law, Causes that Affect or Affect Defect, Fail, Victim, Damage
