Course Objectives: The aim of this lecture is give information about moral rules of law
Course Content: • Relations between ethics, morality, justice and law
• Principles of ethical conduct
• Behavior of judges, prosecutors, notaries and other judicial staff
• Ethics of advocacy profession
• The relationship of lawyers with judicial bodies
• Attorney-client relationship
• A comparison of the Havana Rules and the Bangolar Judicial Ethics Rules
