Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to give information about the general principles of administrative law and examine State Personnel Law (public officers’' appointment, qualification, rights and obligations).
Course Content: Constitutional principles and requirements for entry into public service
Definition of civil servants according to the Constitution, Civil Servants Law and Criminal Laws
Principles governing contemporary public personnel management
Comparison of personnel systems
Classification of in-service training activities
The concept of disciplinary sanction
Natural and legal reasons ending the public service
