Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to teach students time management approaches developed for the effective use of time. Course covers the history of time management, the definition and the relativity of time, personal time management, time management training and business life, the importance of time management for managers and ABC analysis, success approach and technology approach in the context of time management approaches. |
Course Content: | • Time to explain the concept of management • explain the kind of time in terms of measurability • explain the unique aspects of the Time • Time to explain their management approach and be able to critique each approach • explain the 80/20 rule of Pareto • Time to value analysis in use • Time of the advantages of planning and time-consuming explain the situation • Personal time to do planning • explain the importance of time management in business |
