Course Objectives: |
It is a Studio course which is applied with the help of equipped printing workshop in order to create the ability of our students to design the panel printing pattern for the needs of the fashion industry.
Dashboard patterns; embroidery, applique, such as the enrichment of the garment collections with a significant share of categories. The Panel Design Studio in the Dress allows our students to develop their perceptions of board pattern composition for clothing by using line, color, light and shade. Students can apply the principles of aesthetics, 5N 1K method to design patterns, the concept of the relationship between design and design, can work with different drawing techniques. To be able to design patterns and variants for limited space, to comprehend the techniques and terminology of design, to have time and work plan for their studies. Students can develop quality and environmental consciousness by communicating with the technical teams correctly. They are very sensitive about occupational safety, start their career planning and carry out effective teamwork.

• To learn the historical development of understanding the importance and place of printing design in textile sector.
• Creating creative and original products in fashion and textile printing design
• Report the design and reproducibility in the industrial environment
• To be able to present his / her knowledge and creative works with a file (portfolio)
