Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives:
It is a course applied to our students to gain knowledge of textile raw materials, and to develop their textile culture and fabric recognition skills.
Cloth Fabric Information that supports the design of the designed garment form and which fabric can be taken with the fabric after the application; allows students to comprehend fiber, yarn and fabric.
Our students can differentiate between natural and synthetic fibers, classify the types of fabrics, be able to read the cartels, define textile brands such as meryl, dupont, woolmark, start to define fabrics with touch feeling, perceive terminologies using the mother tongue and at least one foreign language, apply ethical principles, life understand the importance of research, develop environmental awareness
