Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to enable the learner to know textile handicrafts, to learn the basic weaving methods and materials at the basic application level, to do research on the subject, to gain the ability to use the acquired knowledge in creating original, modern designs and artistic works. |
Course Content: | • Identify all aspects of Kirkitli textiles, • Use all kinds of traditional and tried values in contemporary interpretations. • Provides coordination between the material to be produced and the technical infrastructure to which it is connected, • Pre-study is complete as a preparation for the theme • Arrange the original designs in a way that can be applied with traditional and industrial methods, • Experimental, creative and technical solutions are intended to be able to carry out case studies. |
