Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: • Tarih içinde moda akımlarının incelenmesi
• Moda akımlarının günümüze ulaşması ve günümüzde yorumlanabilmesi.
• Geçmiş ve günümüzde moda kurgusunu geliştirebilmek.
Course Content: Students are given theoretical information about fashion and fashion trends in history with examples from current and past fashion trends. Research projects are developed for the student to have sufficient knowledge about fashion trends. Research projects are concluded with applications and presentations.

1) To recognise equipments for manufacturing process of design (weaving-printing-clothing) and to follow the implementation stages with the acquired skills of guidance and technical knowledge
1) 1. Developing the ability to use, evaluate and compare the knowledge gained about concepts of art, design culture and aesthetics
2) To finalize a design project based on a concept by planning and implementing steps.
2) To be able to develop original designs on the theme determined using research methods and to present projects orally
