Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Practical gaining by applying objective and subjective hearing tests
Course Content: To enable the student to comprehend the necessity for differential diagnosis and to carry out the site lesion tests on a basic level. Diagnostic and evaluation methods of audiological measurement and evaluation, pure tone audiometer applications, clinical masking, electrophysiological tests: auditory evoked potentials, auditory evoked potentials in clinical practice, threshold and diagnostic evoked brainstem responses (ABR), normal and pathological auditory evoked brainstem responses, Acoustic Immitancemetry, Acoustic reflex test, otoacoustic emission, increasing knowledge and skills in professional subject, application of learned knowledge.
