Course Objectives: Within the scope of this course, excavation techniques carried out within the scope of mining and construction works are examined. Excavation preparations, excavation tools, excavation techniques, excavation support methods, excavation planning, etc. topics are taught.
Course Content: Surface and underground mining excavation methods, surface and underground construction excavation methods, excavation methods, excavation support systems, excavation tools.
