Course Objectives: | The aim of this course; generation of explosion and explosion power, explosives portfolio, explosive characteristics, booster and booster features, ignition systems, capsules and detonating cord, to introduce products that are used in blasting applications, to provide knowledge about the use and features. |
Course Content: | Basic chemistry of explosive materials, explosives used in mining and construction industry, explosive material selection criteria, initiation systems and preference criteria |
