Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to explain the historical development of clinical psychology, to introduce the basic theories in this field, to discuss these theories and their basic assumptions, the ways of explaining abnormal behavior and personality, the diagnosis and clinical intervention methods.
Course Content: In this course, the basic features of evaluation in clinical psychology, observation and interview in clinical psychology, measurement in clinical psychology, basic features of clinical interventions and the relationship between clinical interventions and psychotherapies will be discussed.
