Course Objectives: | The purpose of this course is to provide general and detailed information about their programs. Students will have information about the rules to be followed in the hospital. They will do the job description as a technician in radiotherapy units are made by the responsible nurses and technicians. They will have information about how it should be approached with patients, beam delivery, how to use the device. |
Course Content: | • To recognize radiotherapy devices • To recognize the tumorous cells whose imaging endpoint is determined, • To learn to use radiotherapy devices, • To learn how to place the patient on the device, • To learn to immobilize, • To recognize treatment volumes. |
