Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to cover the concepts, theories and approaches within the scope of Organizational Behavior in healthcare institutions; to focus on researches and applications in health institutions related to the subjects. |
Course Content: | In this course, individual and individual behaviors and organizational behaviors, values, attitudes, perception, job satisfaction, commitment and commitment to work, motivation theories and practices in organizations, groups and teams in organizations, communication, leadership, conflict management, stress management, organizations change and development, organizational culture will be discussed. |
