Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to provide students with the basic concepts related to the establishment of the student, the management and continuity of the business, and the practical skills to assist in the working life. |
Course Content: | Basic concepts related to the operation, Selection of the place of the enterprise, Realization of the establishment of the enterprise, Functions of the enterprise, Management function of the enterprise, Management function of the enterprise - What can be the characteristics of a good manager Case studies, Human resources function of the enterprise. As a resource, what is the precaution for man's business? Examples of current business life, the production function of the business-What-how? Who is the decision maker in determining the quality of Produced Product? Sample examinations, Operator's marketing function-Why do businesses need to market? Can it be a product of marketing customers' consumption habits ?, What is the business finance financing function - the key for money businesses? What information is produced by the accountant, what does it mean for the businesses, types of business-legal structures-why are we talking about the existence of different types of businesses. What does this mean for the operators. Current issues in business-case studies. |
