Course Objectives: | To ensure that individuals working in the healthcare field develop their skills to communicate effectively, empathically and professionally with patients, their relatives and colleagues; to contribute to their ability to identify communication problems and produce solutions, and to increase cooperation in communication within the team. Course objectives: To teach the basic concepts of communication and effective communication levels. To teach the correct communication methods with different patient types and special patient groups. To provide effective communication skills in teamwork. To support empathy, active listening and professional attitude development skills. To teach ways to maintain healthy communication within hierarchical and institutional structures. To provide the competence to self-assess professional communication by monitoring personal development. |
