Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to teach the students particularities of the operating room, the equipments used during operations, and the hierarchic system of the room. They should learn how to prepare, how to wash and how to use the particular equipments. They are supposed to develop their skills on the issues such as preparations of the patients for the surgery as well as the preperations of the equipment
Course Content: To ensure the operation of the system in the operating room and to establish a safe working environment, In operation, instruments, needles, stitches and textile materials should be used in order to prevent contamination of the operating room, precautions to be taken, precautions to be taken, asepsis, antisepsis, preparation of the patient's operation, preoperative preparation in the operating room, etc. counting and casting, patient cleaning at the end of the surgery, wound closure, post-operative hospital outbreak and prevention and transplantation, cleaning and disinfection of the operating room at the end of the operation, follow-up surgery and other specialist needs
