Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to teach students to use their bodies correctly while playing instruments, to emphasize basic elements such as correct posture, breathing, body position, to increase physical comfort while playing instruments and to increase body awareness to improve musical performance.
Course Content: Learning correct posture and body position.
Improving breathing control and effective use of the body while playing an instrument.
Increasing body awareness and reducing muscle tension.
Developing stage presence in musical performance.
