Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to develop the ability to identify and solve production and operation problems, the ability to comprehend ethical responsibilities, self-learning skills, lifelong learning skills, the ability to inform on current issues, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
Course Content: Basic Concepts in Production and Operations Management / Site Selection / Production / Purchasing Decisions / Capacity Planning / Production Systems and Layout Arrangement / Inventory Management and Inventory Control Models / Planning of Distribution and Material Requirements / Integrated Production Planning / Loading in Production Planning ? Sequencing and Scheduling
