Course Objectives: | The aim of this course; In this course, in the context of the definition of psychology and sports psychology, which is an area of it, in addition to general information, information is given about basic concepts, developments, issues and problems that sports psychology deals with. Psychological factors necessary for success in sports and psychological preparation methods in sports, cognitive, affective and personality factors affecting performance in sports, psychological training, competition, group dynamics in sports and dynamics are the subjects of the course. |
Course Content: | Psychological factors and sporda psychological preparation methods for success are the topics of course. The effects of the psychological processes that take place before, during and after the sport on those who participate actively or passively in these activities are explained. Information on the methods of mental intervention are given by examining the referral and administration of the psychological factors that play a role in the performance sport. |
