Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to the intended students have knowledge about Electronic Instrument Systems used in aircrafts. The student will have knowledge about the typical system arrangements of electronic instrumentation systems and computer technology used in cockpit placement, computer terminology, aircraft technology and electrostatic sensitive devices after this course.
Course Content: Electronic instrument systems (Typical system arrangements of electronic instrument systems and cockpit layout), Data bases, Basic computer structure, Microprocessors, Fiber optics, Electronic screens, Electrostatic sensitive devices, Software management control, Electromagnetic environment, Typical electronic / ACARS- ARINC, EICAS, FMS, IRS systems, ECAM, EFIS, GPS and TCAS systems, Integrated modular Avionics, Cabin systems, Information systems
