Course Objectives: | This course aims to teach the basic concepts of the aimed law, to comprehend the Turkish legal system, to know the ways and methods that can be followed in the face of legal problems, to understand the main judicial organs and case types and to learn about the contents of the concepts they meet in various places of education. It also aims to provide the basis for other law courses that course students will receive. |
Course Content: | Social Code and Rules of Law; Law Enforcement; Sources of Positive Law; Civilization Movements; Legalization Movement in Turkey; Ijtihat Law; Branches of Positive Law; Branches of Public Law and Private Law; Constitutional Law; Application of Laws; The Past Touching of Laws; Application of Laws in Terms of Meaning; Legal Relations and Rights; Types of Rights; Beneficiary; Qualifications and Birthdays of Legal Entities; Types of Legal Entities; About Us; Acquisition and Loss; Legal Actions and Procedures; Types of Legal Procedures; Protection of Rights. It is aimed to give general information about law, basic legal rules, associations, foundations and companies, various laws and regulations, briefly describing the provisions of the legislation. |
