Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to learn dental relations in removable and fixed dental prostheses, recording the relationship between the jaws, the problems that can be arised in the prostheses and the solution methods and fixed and removable temporary prostheses.
Course Content: Problems in fixed and movable prostheses, solutions, fixed and removable temporary prostheses and production techniques, examination of jaw relations, recording methods of jaw relations.

2) Examination and anamnesis in prosthetic patient Introducing clinical procedures to students
3) Gerodontology and geriatric patients Reading and reviewing from sources
4) First impression and individual tray preparation in full dentures Model examination and preparation of individual trays
5) Border molding and functional impression in complete dentures Control of the edges of individual trays in the mouth
6) Boxing and main model acquisition Finalizing the main model
7) Vertical and horizontal records in complete dentures Taking patient records, determining the relationship between the upper and lower jaw
