Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to help students develop their reading skills at an A2 level. Students are able to understand short, simple texts containing high frequency vocabulary and shared international expressions. They can find specific, predictable information in simple everyday material such as advertisements, prospectuses and timetables.
Course Content: This pre-intermediate course provides students with reading practice that allows them to expand their reading skills through exposure to historical, descriptive, and opinion compositions. Skills covered include finding the main idea and supporting details, recognizing comparisons, predicting before reading and identifying inferences.

3) Ss can write simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Ss can write personal letters describing experiences and impressions.
