Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is; is to equip the students with proven knowledge in scientific research for feeding athletes. |
Course Content: | The content of this course; nutrition characteristics of the athletes before and after the training, liquid and electrolyte requirements, health and nutritional requirements for healthy living, energy requirement calculation and resources, carbohydrates, proteins, oils, vitamins, minerals and sports nutrition and weight control, and ergogenic support. |
